Please take notice that NEO ORACLE HOLDINGS, INC. (NOHI) (formerly Metro Pacific Corporation) is currently in the process of liquidation, after its corporate term expired on December 31, 2013.


Once all corporate assets are liquidated and liabilities are settled, distribution of liquidating dividends shall follow, after the identities and respective shareholdings of all shareholders have been verified.


All shareholders are therefore advised to submit a copy of their stock certificates, along with two (2) valid government-issued IDs, and/or other proof of identity via e-mail to nohiliquidation@symecslaw.com. All submissions will be subject to verification.


Shareholders have a period of six (6) months from the date of publication or until December 31, 2018 to present their stock certificates for verification.


Kindly note that NOHI should not be confused with Metro Pacific Investment Corporation (MPIC) which is a separate and different entity.

Starting June 6, 2018, we shall be releasing checks to Holders of Pension and Educational Plans, respectively representing the third and fourth tranches of Prudentialife Plans, Inc.’s liquidation distribution. The checks may be claimed at Unit 2107, Tycoon Centre, Pearl Drive, San Antonio, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, from Monday to Friday at 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.


ln order to expedite the process and avoid unnecessary inconveniences, please call (02)727-4964, (02)727-4753 or (02)584-7376 or email ppicorporateliquidation@gmail.com to request for the amounts to be deposited into your accounts or to schedule pick up of your checks.


Checks will be deposited into your accounts or released to you in accordance with the schedule you set through phone call or email, for orderly proceedings.
